1. When to replace the cassette?

When the rubber is visibly cracked, deformed, or worn.

2. How to replace the cassette?

Step-by-step instructions

Remove the old cassette Gently pull the rubber at the notch (the finger grip) until the cassette releases from the holder.
Clean the holder Rinse the plastic holder with warm water and disinfect if necessary.
Insert and lock the new cassette Slide the cassette into the holder, making sure the sides fit neatly into the slots. Then press firmly on both sides until you feel or hear a clear click — confirming that the cassette is securely in place.
