Returns

You can return items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Option 1 – via AAVA return label:
We can provide a return label. The return contribution depends on the destination country (see table below).

Option 2 – arrange your own return:
You are free to return the package using any carrier of your choice. In that case, you pay the shipping costs directly to the carrier.

• The item must be unused and complete.
• Packed in the original (clean) packaging.
• Securely packed to prevent transport damage.
• Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs. The return shipping costs are always at your expense.
